Established in Dublin in 1996 taxback.com is a multi-national company with 27 offices worldwide, in Europe, Australasia, the United States and South America, and a staff of over 630. Providing specialist tax return services to private and corporate clients across 100 countries and was the overall winner of the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Ireland and winner of a Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award.
During summer, 2008 I worked as a communications and customer relations officer at Taxback’s Romanian branch in Cluj-Napoca – responsible for managing after-sales relations with client. Additionally, I assisted the Romanian branch with its public relations and marketing of my own initiative, bringing contemporary UK practice into the branch office.
