I’m a twenty-something communications, marketing and management professional in the making.
When I lived in America I was asked on several occasions what language I spoke – one of those questions that stops you in your tracks. There is a saying that the UK and America are two nations divided by a common language; experiencing it first hand made me confront the subtle nuances that exist in our language and reminds me still that this communication stuff can be tricksy!
